What this website is

This site explains our web design services and lets you contact us. Nothing on it is a contract, a binding offer or a guaranteed price. If we work together, the work will be described in a written quote or agreement, and that document, not this site, governs the project.

The concept websites are fictional

The concept websites on this page (Ironwood Carpentry, Greenline Landscape, KeyHaven Locksmith) are made-up examples that show what a trade-business website can look like. The business names, phone numbers, addresses, reviews and details in them are invented. They are not real businesses, and you should not try to contact or hire them. Any resemblance to a real business is a coincidence.

Using the site

Please use the site lawfully and sensibly. You agree not to:

• send spam, advertising, or automated submissions through the contact form;
• try to break into, overload, or interfere with the site or its servers;
• scrape or copy the site beyond normal search-engine indexing and ordinary browsing;
• use the site to do anything illegal or harmful to others.

We may block access if someone abuses the site.

What you send us

When you send a message you confirm that the details you give are accurate and yours to share, and you allow us to use them to reply to you (see the Privacy Policy). Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers or other highly sensitive information.

Ownership

The design, text, code and graphics of this site belong to Creig Boyd Jr. unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to view the site, link to it, and share it. Please do not copy or republish it, or pass it off as your own, without written permission. Other companies’ names and logos belong to their owners. The Inter and Space Grotesk fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep the information here accurate and the site running, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. Descriptions of services and timelines are general, and may change. We do not promise that the site will always be available, error-free, or suitable for your particular needs, and we do not promise any particular result, such as search-engine rankings or new customers.

Our responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or business, arising from your use of this website or reliance on what it says. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. Our responsibilities for paid work are set out in the written agreement for that work.

We link to other websites for your convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA. Any dispute about them will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
